I want to plot only a part of a denrogramm, which was produced by hclust. In S-Plus I used the function subtree, but I can not find this function or a similar one in R. |See function prune.clust in contributed package maptree. | That is not the way I wanted. I would like to view e.g. the whole first subtree of the plot. The problem is that I've ~700 cities, which I want to cluster, but on the plot I can see nothing - obviously!!! I just want to zoom in on a part of the tree Thomas Pesl -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-help mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !)
