R devel - Jul 2006 - R sources: .tgz oder .tar.gz

This is a minor documentation inconsistency:
While the R Installation and Administration manual speaks about the file 
"R-x.y.z.tgz", this has to be replaced by "R-x.y.z.tar.gz"
for x > 1.
