CentOS - Jul 2005 - yum error on 3.5 repo?

Here's the error I'm getting on fresh install of 3.5

That is quite a new update - so you may have caught it before the mirrors 
had finished syncing ...

I dont see anything obviously wrong with the file itself ...

You could try accessing it with http ..
