Hi, Strage things! I have a Netmeeting configured with G.723 (tried with both version) connected to Asterisk (OH323 channel). I can call the VoiceMail and to hear the sound, but a little bit distored. How this is possible? There is some G.723 support included or the codec is closed to GSM one??? Thanks, Dan -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-users/attachments/20030524/6d7b6e45/attachment.htm

There is not about voicemail message storing, but voicemail messages, which are stored as GSM inside asterisk. They are converted to G.723 when the message is playing??
