It wasn't meant to be insulting, it was a statement of fact. I live in
the UK (Great Britain) and by law I cannot help anyone inside the

started a post with 'Good afternoon', From my understanding Ukraine is
two hours ahead of GMT, which would have meant it was still morning if
you are indeed in Ukraine.
