Without the ?-v? it looks like this: 15:53:29.013069 IP PCCAP23.mad.caponato.es.ntp > dwing.mad.caponato.es.ntp: NTPv3, Client, length 68 15:53:29.015440 IP dwing.mad.caponato.es.ntp > PCCAP23.mad.caponato.es.ntp: NTPv3, Server, length 68 LP On Jun 17, 2024 at 15:55 +0100, wrote:> > tcpdump udp port 123 > tcpdump: verbose output suppressed, use -v[v]... for full protocol > decode listening on enp1s0f0, link-type EN10MB (Ethernet), snapshot > length 262144 bytes 16:22:47.608803 IP pc2304.tlk.loc.ntp > > dom2.tlk.loc.ntp: NTPv3, Client, length 120 > 16:22:53.692770 IP schulung6.tlk.loc.ntp > dom2.tlk.loc.ntp: NTPv3, > Client, length 120

Time synchronization with a Samba AD DC 4.20.1 (Debian Bookworm backports) does not work. Either has M$ changed something, or Chrony. Unfortunately, I haven't got time to dig deeper in this at the moment. It worked about 18 months ago... Best regards, Peter
