Says: Only users and groups having the SeDiskOperatorPrivilege
privilege granted can configure share permissions.
The only problem is, that statement doesn't appear to be true, you can
set permissions from Windows if no user or group holds the
'SeDiskOperatorPrivilege' privilege.
