I don't see how it's possible to install samba-vfs-modules and samba of
the different versions, since both depends on the exact version of samba-libs.
It looks like you have /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsmbconf.so.0 from samba-libs
4.13.
Do you have broken /usr merge, so that you have /lib/ and /usr/lib/ stuff
intermixed?
