I know this has been up on the table before, that time it was that Adobe created empty files on opening of pdf's, and then deleting them. Result: large number of dummy PDF files in the recycle bin. No problem since I created a cron script that cleaned up those files every night. We now have the same issue with office files. It seems as if Excel and word behaves in the same way, except that the files are not Conley empty, usually they are 1k regardless of original size. The client is still using office 2010. Anyone one else that uses Ms office and recycling that have the same experience? /Anders Skickat fr?n min iPad

I wonder if an option to ignore hidden files (the DOS attribute not the Unix dot prefix). I am pretty sure Office generates hidden temporary lock files
So, after some more investigation, in think it was all a user error and not a problem with the recycle module. I did some more tests and it seems to works as designed. Sorry for the fuzz. /Anders Skickat fr?n min iPad> 31 mars 2021 kl. 17:10 skrev Anders ?stling <anders.ostling at gmail.com>: > > ?I know this has been up on the table before, that time it was that Adobe created empty files on opening of pdf's, and then deleting them.
