Clearly there's no SLAAC action. I can't find any NDP debug messages in
the kernel message log or in the syslog. Where might they be going?

 The configuration looks correct to me, but two questions:

 1. Does "sysctl net.inet6.ip6.forwarding" command show "0"?

 2. What is shown by the command "ping6 ff02::1%lagg0" and "rtsol
-dD lagg0"?
