samba - Aug 2019 - Netbios node type value WITHOUT wins server only WITH DNS server

This parameters works with W10 and W7 without changing anything on
client side ?

If your windows clients have SMBv1 turned off, then yes, if SMBv1 isn't 
turned off, then turn it off ;-)
