Hello, I am trying to switch to R from S-PLUS 6.1, and one problem I am having is using R for manipulation of calendar-based time-series. timezone tests and R-devel

xts conversion problem
I have two data frames, with two columns each, the first being a Date variable. I would like to convert them to xts objects, indexed by the Date column. question about sorting POSIXt vector
Dear useRs, How come the first attempt to sort a POSIXt vector fails (Error: non-atomic type in greater), while the second succeeds? (Code inserted below.)
