Using split and sapply to return entire lines
Hello, I have a data manipulation problem that I can easily resolve by using perl or python to pre-process the data, but I would prefer to do it directly in R. Given, for example: month length ratio monthly1 monthly2 1 Jan 23 0.1 9 6 2 Jan 45 0.2 9 6 3 Jan 16 0.3 9 6 4 Feb 14 0.2 1 9 5 Mar 98 0.4 2 2 6 Mar 02 0.6

Legend frame error (PR#9236)
Hello, The frame drawn around the legend appears to miscalculate when the x-axis decreases rather than increases. Pasted below is a simple testcase. When the x-axis decreases, the width of the legend frame appears to be calculated based on the length of the first item, rather than the maximum length of all items. Thanks, -TAG Todd A. error bars in line plots
Hi! Could you tell me how I can draw a graph with error bars? Sorry, I don't use R that often and I couldn't find it easily in the documentation. Polycom Buddy Feature
Greetings, Recently there has been talk of the presence/buddy feature with asterisk and Polycom phones. I have it setup, and working as expected, however I can only get 7 buddies to appear on the screen at any given time. Has anyone gotten more than 7 buddies to appear? I'm just trying to find out if this is some polycom limitation, bug, or my error. Thanks, Matt -- Matt Gibson VOIP

[PATCH 2/2] virtio_ring: Use DMA API if memory is encrypted
From: Thiago Jung Bauermann <bauerman at linux.ibm.com> Normally, virtio enables DMA API with VIRTIO_F_IOMMU_PLATFORM, which must be set by both device and guest driver. However, as a hack, when DMA API returns physical addresses, guest driver can use the DMA API; even though device does not set VIRTIO_F_IOMMU_PLATFORM and just uses physical addresses. Doing this works-around POWER secure

Transfer caller direct to voicemail
Hi, Our operator frequently gets requests to transfer a call directly to voicemail in order for the caller to leave a message without disturbing the callee. Basicly, I'm looking for a blindxfer to vm. My first thought was to prepend a digit (eg 7) to the extension but this does not fit well with our dialplan. According to an article on voip-info.org Asterisk@Home appears to implement
