lmer Error: Downdated X'X is not positive definite
Hi,
This is the first time I've posted, and I apologize if I formulate this
incorrectly.
I am analyzing data from a multi-region carrot variety trial. 35 varieties
of carrots were grown in 3 randomized complete blocks in organic and
conventional fields in Wisconsin, Indiana, Washington, and California. In
this example I am comparing the heights of the carrot tops at harvest.

Crash when using dict quotas with sqlite database
Hello,
After I configured a SQLite backed dict quota backend, the dict process
crashes every time a quota operation is happening.
SQLite: 3.26.0
Dovecot: 2.3.4 (0ecbaf23d)

I can't get any debug output from Dovecot, even after setting log_debug

Slow performance of gluster volume
OK my understanding is that with preallocated disks the performance with
and without shard will be the same.
In any case, please attach the volume profile[1], so we can see what else
is slowing things down.

Crash when using dict quotas with sqlite database
Hello John,
I tried (until now) to get a valuable backtrace, but it seems that GDB
can't resolve all symbols.
This is what systemd-coredump is giving me:

SIP immediate hangups with latest CVS
I've been banging my head on this for several hours, and I have no idea what's going on. Maybe there is a very simple result, and I've been looking too hard at this this evening. This is a brand new system, and I'm wondering if there have been SIP bugs introduced in the latest CVS that are preventing from working what should be a stupendously simple test.

Crash when using dict quotas with sqlite database
Hello Aki,
Arch Linux doesn't have install-able debug symbols for Dovecot. That's
why I just compiled the package for myself with enabled debug symbols
(by editing the makepkg.conf).
I've attached the output from gdb's bt full.

Compiz and Beryl are Reuniting
After several weeks of discussion the leaders of Compiz and Beryl have agreed
that the two communities shall reunite. This decision is supported by both
David and Quinn and represents the majority decision of the administrators
and developers in each community. At this early stage not a lot has been
decided, but these are the main points of the agreement:
- As had previously been decided,

Hi Kelly,
Try running 'iostat -xdmc 1'. Look for a single drive that has
substantially greater await than ~10msec. If all the drives
except one are taking 6-8msec, but one is very

Getting users and groups through winbind on FreeBSD
Hi
We have a few Linux samba servers that authenticate against our
Active Directory domain (Small Business Server 2000). I've added a
couple of disks to a FreeBSD 6.1 server in our office and I'm trying
to achieve the same but not having much luck. I'm new to all
this... I'm not our network admin, but he is BSD-phobic so I thought
it was safer to do it myself.

Asterisk 1.2 and mixmonitor stopping short
Hi All
According to http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=6457 this has been
resolved since 04-11-2006 and I have seen mentioned since 1.2.7. I have
tried using mixmonitor on asterisk 1.2.13 and 1.2.17 with the exact same
results. The WAV files are recorded but are cut short. I am using a
b410p card on the box. When using HFC based cards I have no problem
with the recording.
Does anyone

I am currently thinking about how to do the following:
I have the following models.

Person
Team has various positions (manager, programmer etc.) I would like each
one of those positions to reference one or more Person records. A single
Person record could be on 6 different teams at the same time in
different roles. the same person could even be on the same team multiple
