These rpms use the python3 and python3-devel rpms introduced in the standard RHEL/Centos repos at the same time as the 7.7 version. I have some knowledge of parsers, code generation, optimization, IR and other topics taught in an undergrad course. I have worked through quite a bit of the dragon book.
