ActionController::Verification problem (sorry if it is double post, I''m not sure about the first one)
Hello,
I have a subscriptions model and a ''new'' action in subscriptions
controller to create new subscription. Also, I have a ''thankyou'' view,
which I want to display only if user is just subscribed. So I want to
block access to http://localhost/subscriptions/thankyou action with a
verify filter. Here is my code:

[Fwd: NDN: Samba PDC With LDAP Backend, Failed to initialise SAM_ACCOUNT for us]

I got this error when kicking out my first response. I don't know if I should ignore this, or if this is an issue that is affected
by the samba.org sites being down... but just in case..

[patch] xen-netback: double free on unload
There is a typo here, "i" vs "j", so we would crash on module_exit().

BadOption failures "annoying"
Hi,
some question about the configuration behaviour of openssh..
sshd.8
-f configuration_file
Specifies the name of the configuration file. The default is
/etc/sshd_config. sshd refuses to start if there is no configura-
tion file.
While servconf.c has the routine
fill_default_server_options(ServerOptions *options)

Audio from GS to asterisk double speed
Guys,
I have a problem that I can seem to run down. I'm running
CVS-HEAD-09/10/04-18:14:15
on a Celeron 500 with an Intel chipset motherboard. The audio from my
GS phone to *
is sometimes decoded at about twice the normal speed on some outgoing
calls. Also.when
recordind a message to * from the GS it also does the same. This happens
about 1 out of every
5 records or calls. This only

sorry about previous post...
I hate it when this happens: I post a problem and solve it a few
minutes after I post.
Turns out there were a few rogue share mappings that I didn't see
right away. Sorry for the inconvenience!

CTI interface(s) for Asterisk? [REALLY LONG MESSAGE - SORRY]
Hi. I have just finished Googling the list archive for information on
doing CTI with Asterisk. I never found a definitive "here's how it's
done" answer, but I did see a number of postings indicating that it was
at least a possibility. (For those of you who already know about CTI,
please pardon the pedantic introductions to each section.)
Here are my questions:

Double posting
I do not know if i am seeing things, but it seems
there has been a lot of double posting lately. It
seems it has been only a short while since it started.
i thought it might only been some people, though i am
seeing an increasing amounts of this lately. Is there
something going on with the list or is it a snafu that
i have noticed something.

Samba odd behaviour on double NAT network
I'm using a rather strange config, borne out of neccessity rather than
choice at home. My internet 'router' is a Win2000 Pro box running
Winroute, and my three Linux boxen (running 7.2/8.0/9.0 RH) are networked
thru to the Win box using SNAT on the box I work on (don't ask why - it's
just pratical, and I can't afford a hub/switch to do this). In any case,
it's a

Sorry! But Multi-interface card problem....
I ask this few days ago...But can not get a hint.
Sorry for asking again..
i search the archive for the problem, and find some discussion about
"multi home samba", but there seems no result about that thread.
our samba got three NIC => 10.0.0.1/8, 192.168.0.1/16, 210.66.105.10/24
and got 2 netbios name. CAMER(share mode). CAMLOGON(user mode).

Double DTMF digits
When dtmfmode is set to inband for SIP, and i originate a call from sip
out to the PSTN, I can hear the DTMF digit twice in the audio stream.
Once very briefly and once for normal duration.
Our Theory: While Asterisk is parsing the DTMF, for a fraction of a
second, while the end user generated DTMF is being detected, the DTMF is
passed inband. Once the DTMF is detected Asterisk silences it

Totally LOST with dialplan and Extensions.
Ok I have spent the last week working on getting my small PBX to work.
I will in the end only have 4 SIP extensions being either softphones of
IP phones. Currently only 1 SIP config for testing.
And at the this point it should be all fairly easy with all inbound and
outbound to PSTN will be going Via Firefly/Freshtel.net in Australia via
IAX. Inbound does work in it's current basic state.

Rails double submit -> double post -> duplicate data
Hi,
We are encountering occasions where users post twice or more a
form, basically we have detected two situations:
a) The user push twice enter
b) The user push double click on button "save" or "submit"
We consider that this becomes a problem when creating (because we
duplicate data) and we think that in some context it could become a
security issue
