I had to remove perl-5.8.8-18.el5_3.1.i386 on two x86_64 machines in order to get perl.x86_64 4:5.8.8-27.el5 to update. Whether I like it or not I need to get a version of PHP that is greater than 5.2.1 as the latest SugarCRM version require this and as I am a module developer I need to have one of the later versions of PHP on my machines.
