computer algebra in R
Dear all, I'm currently working on converting mathematica code (https://github.com/ASDSE/thermosimfit/blob/master/Packages/thermoHD-Comp/thermoCacheHD-1Comp.m) to R. The code is related to solve algebraic systems. > eqthermo = {h0 == h + hd + hga, d0 == d + hd, ga0 == ga + hga, kga == > ???? hga / (h * ga), kd == hd / (h * d)}; > > (* IDA HD*) > sthdIDAcacheHD[fkd_, fkga_,

Fit NLE - was: computer algebra in R
Fit NLE - was: [R] computer algebra in R Original post: https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-help/2023-November/478619.html Dear Kornad, I think I have started to understand what you try to achieve. The problem is to fit a NLE and compute the parameters of the NL-Eq. I have included the R Help-list back in the loop, as I am not an expert in optimization. Goal: y ~ I0 + IHD * hd + ID * d; where: y

phylogenetic trees calculation
Dear all, I would like to ask you the following: I have data about different manuscripts, together with data about the presence/absence of copying errors, in the days when manuscript were really manuscripts. I would ideally like to use the data to draw a phylogenetic tree, so that I can infer which ms was copied from which. The error presence/absence is coded in binary format. The plan is to use

Re: passthrough of PCI-device
Dear Michael, Did you activate the Intel IO MMU (or its equivalent for AMD)? Also, did you load the pci_stub module for Linux? It is mandatory (it will replace current driver for your passed through hardware). Cheers, Pierre On 10/13/2014 07:54 AM, Weis, Michael (DWIE) wrote: > Good morning, > > there is a typo in my description; > the line > <address

Clustering Functions used by Reverse-Dependencies
Dear R Users, Are there any tools to extract the function names called by reverse-dependencies? I would like to group these functions using clustering methods based on the co-occurrence in the reverse-dependencies. Utility: It may be possible to split complex packages into modules with fewer reverse-dependencies. Package pkgdepR may offer some of the functionality; but I did not have time to

Re: passthrough of PCI-device
Good morning, there is a typo in my description; the line <address domain='0x0' bus='0x1' slot='0x00' function='0x0'/> should be <address domain='0x0' bus='0x2' slot='0x00' function='0x0'/> That was correct in my xml-file. Isn't there anybody how can help me with that? Regards Michael Weis Von:

Load R data files
Hi Abou, You haven't saved the datahs0csv. When you are done manipulating datahs0csv you can use save(datahs0csv, file = 'datahs0csv.rda'). Then you should be able to load the data. Hi A customer of mine has a strange problem with samba 2.2.8a They have a number of directories with 600 - 800 files in each directory. When new files are added to the directories, and they do a directory listing on their PC's ( Win 2000 pro SP2 and SP3 ), the last 10 files are not shown. THis happens both when using "explorer" or doing a `dir` in an command prom window. The

Dear All: It was saved, but there was a space somewhere. So it works for me now. I do have another similar problem. I saved an R data file save(datahs0csv,file=" F:\Fall_2017\5-STA574\2-Notes\1-R\1-R_new\chapter4-Entering_Data/datahs0csv2 .rda") *The new R data file "*datahs0csv2.rda*" is in the directory.* I tried to load the file "" to R, but I got an error
