C6 firefox esr h.264 support on youtube
I was able to get h.264 support on www.youtube.com/html5 on fedora 21 by installing gstreamer1-libav but that package does not exist in C6 (or it's popular third party repos) What is the name of the package which adds h.264 to firefox on youtube/html5 in C6?

CentOS 7.2 - no GUI login after upgrade
After installing and enabling the centos-release-cr repo on my CentOS 7.1 laptop; I ran yum clean all and yum update. Yum complained about gstreamer1 dependencies that is caused by epel repo; therefore, I excluded it from the epel repo and run yum update one more time and it went through. After the update was completed I rebooted the laptop and I will just get the splash screen but will never get

CentOS 7 and gstreamer1 rtsp-server
I am playing with gstreamer on CentOS 7.1 . All the packages are there except gst-rtsp-server.... OK - So I went to look for it to compile it. Found a version that was NOT 1.0.7 and my compile stopped because it said the versions are not the same.... OK so went back to look for 1.0.7 and its not there. GSOC '08 hardware accelerated video decoding
Hi, I'm considering submitting a project for this year's Google Summer of Code program that would involve making progress on hardware accelerated video decoding for the nouveau driver and wanted some feedback. Hello, I am trying to get MP4/H.264 playback in Firefox to work on my CentOS laptop (for vimeo). I installed the gstreamer plugins as described here: https://wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/MultimediaOnCentOS7 (No, I did not install Flash, VLC and all the other stuff. I only want HTML5 MP4 playback..) I enabled the nux repos. I did install all available gstreamer plugins, i.e. -good -bad
