Hello, I'm trying to get more info about user activity (especially when they delete some email). So, I follow info from http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Plugins/MailLog to enabled mail logger plugin, but I don't see anything in my logs. Can you tell me what I'm missing ? Thanks. # doveconf -n # 2.2.10.3: /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf # OS: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 x86_64 Debian 7.4 ext4

rpart Error in yval[, 1] : incorrect number of dimensions
I tried using rpart, as below, and got this error message "rpart Error in yval[, 1] : incorrect number of dimensions". Thinking it might somehow be related to the large number of missing values, I tried using complete data, but with the same result. Does anyone know what may be going on, and how to fix it? I have traced two similar error messages in the Archive, but following the

Slow write times to gluster disk
Hi, We noticed a dramatic slowness when writing to a gluster disk when compared to writing to an NFS disk. Specifically when using dd (data duplicator) to write a 4.3 GB file of zeros: * on NFS disk (/home): 9.5 Gb/s * on gluster disk (/gdata): 508 Mb/s The gluser disk is 2 bricks joined together, no replication or anything else. The hardware is (literally) the same: * one server with

attempt to access beyond end of device and livelock
Hi Dongyang, Yan, When testing BTRFS with RAID 0 metadata on linux-3.3, we see discard ranges exceeding the end of the block device [1], potentially causing dataloss; when this occurs, filesystem writeback becomes catatonic due to continual resubmission. The reproducer is quite simple [2]. Hope this proves useful... Thanks, Daniel --- [1] attempt to access beyond end of device ram0: rw=129,

timing/clock problem
Hi all, We have been fighting with telco for a entire week. Today they came here with a LITE3000 to analyze what is going on. When I configure zaptel with no external clock, E1 gets aligned/synchronized with bit rate in 2048000 bps, both me and telco. span=4,0,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4 But when I configure span4 to get clock source from telco they become unsynchronized. TElco bit rate stays in

maildirsize not correct
Hi, One of my email accounts has 1,5gb of emails in INBOX, but maildirsize shows only 528mb. 'du' also shows 1,5gb and there are 3809 files in cur directory. When I use mailbox status a can see correct values: doveadm -f table mailbox status -u user at domain.sk "messages vsize" INBOX* messages vsize INBOX 3809 1521049349 but when I check the quotas with doveadm:

maildirsize not correct
Thanks, but this is most probably different issue. My maildirsize is computed incorrectly even if I delete it completely and let dovead recompute it so expunging is not in the game. Is there any way how to track/debug the recomputation algorithm in dovecot? On Wed, Aug 24, 2016 at 12:02 AM, WJCarpenter <bill-dovecot at carpenter.org> wrote: > A long shot, but here's how I

network usage gathering
I''ve run into a problem gathering usage for my xen virtual systems. With my old model I used to gather all network usage via my cisco devices using the the counters for each port. Each system had it''s own port on the switch, and I tracked network usage accordingly. Now that I''m using xen for virtual systems, and multiple vm''s share the same switch port,

pop3 retr responses too large lines - Fails with current python's poplib
Since December 2014, clients using the Python poplib library (getmail in my case) started to limit the line length of RETR and other command responses sent from the server to 2048 bytes: See https://bugs.python.org/issue16041 (Included at least in Python-2.7.9) Dovecot doesn't have line split in the POP3 module, so Python fails to retrieve messages with long lines. RFC 1939 says: "
