SIP kpml DTMF support in *
Hi, I'm trying to connect Asterisk 1.4 and Cisco CallManager 5 using SIP Trunk without MTP (media termination point). Howerver, Cisco 79xx phones do not support RFC2833, they always notify CCM5 via SKINNY channel no matter where they send RTP to. For non-MTP trunk there's Out-of-band DTMF support in CCM5 called "kpml". I wonder if Asterisk can support it. I found an

CentOS 7, KDE, Dolphin and MTP support
Hi, It looks like KDE's file manager Dolphin doesn't support MTP under CentOS 7. When I plug in an MTP device like my Nikon camera or an Android phone, Digikam shows its content OK, but Dolphin seems to ignore it. For now, my custom CentOS 7 + KDE desktop meets about 99 % of my needs. Now I've decided to tackle the remaining 1 %. Yesterday for example, I managed to correct the

mtp2R.pl
I received some large data sets in Minitab Portable Worksheet (.mtp) format and wanted to read them into R. Here is a _first cut_ at a perl script that transforms .mtp files into something that can be read by R. Comments, bug-fixes, enhancements and extensions are welcome. #!/usr/bin/perl # Convert a Minitab Portable Worksheet to an R (or S-PLUS) list structure # $Id: mtp2R.pl,v 1.1 1998/01/16

Tripp-Lite USB constantlly disconnecting.
Charles, > What is the new behavior? The CentOS minimal install had different print statements and a broadcast message whenever the UPS was disconnected. The broadcast isn't really important. Below are the differences I pasted though I'm not sure if they are important, I just noticed they were different. Particularly the bolded parts which I think you alluded to in your email about

getting files from a samsung flip phone
I'm trying to copy file from my samsung flip phone. google has informed me of libmtp and gvfs, but it doesn't seem to be helping. [root at localhost yum.repos.d]# mtp-detect libmtp version: 1.0.1 Listing raw device(s) No raw devices found. [root at localhost yum.repos.d]# In case it helps, I did a diff of ls -R from /dev before and after USB connection: [hennebry at localhost dev]$

usb disconnects
Hello, just joined to the list, because i have a problem. :S We have 2 exact same configuration: basic Fujitsu server + Eaton NV1000H ups. OS is Debian Squeeze. According to the driver list, the ups uses the blazer_usb driver. I never tried nut before, so i read some of the docs, and configured it manually. The problem pops up when i try to simulate the power-outage. I just unplug the ups'

CentOS 6 and android connectivity (Nook)
So, I got my wife a Nook for her b'day. I just plugged it into my system, CentOS 6.5, and what I see is /media/NOOK, and it shows 257k or so - yes, k, not m or g. It's *not* seeing any directories, etc, and the small thing I'm guessing is firmware, since even when I try mount -o remount -rw, it is still r/o. Googling, I see mentions of fsmtp, I think it was, and yum shows some mtp

I'm not finding it in the search. I'm not using /sbin/upssched, I have NOTIFYCMD set up as: NOTIFYCMD /home/pi/Documents/scripts/ups-log.py and it's not commented out. On Tue, Feb 11, 2020

Tripp-Lite USB constantlly disconnecting.
Hey, was wondering if I could get a quick sanity check. We have a SmartUPS 1500 RM2U which we have connected to a box via USB. It seems like every 40-45 seconds it becomes disconnected and reconnected. Though this only happens when we have NUT enabled, otherwise it's fine. When it is disconnecting and reconnecting running lsusb doesn't show it disconnecting. After having it sit like that

Centos 7 - Canon Powershot A410
I have an old Canon Powershot A410 camera that used to just work with Centos 6. All I had to do was install Shotwell and forever after I could just plug that camera in and Shotwell would automatically load and all was well. I'm now trying to get that camera to work on Centos 7, but am having no success. Jul 20 16:01:44 jeff kernel: usb 2-1.3: new full-speed USB device number 4 using

Convert List of Data.Frames to Data.Frame when List has NULL
Dear R gurus, I trying to convert a list of data frames to one data frame, but one of the values within the list is NULL, so I get the error "arguments imply differing number of rows." Do you know of a quick way to tell R to combine all that are not null? Here is a simple example: >

It actually appends to a Google Sheet, not the internal log files. When I would expect to see it triggered by NOTIFYCMD, I don't see any text printed and nothing shows up at the google sheets. If

Getting two notifications of nocomm-timer expired when USB cable is pulled from the UPS
NUT 2.8.01 When I pull the USB cable from the UPS, I get two notifications of the nocomm-timer expired. The first notification is in the proper sequence, the second notification occurs after 'commok' occurs. Seems somehow that upssched-cmd is getting a second nocomm-timer expired delayed.
