An update on scalable vectors in LLVM
Hi all, It's been a while since we've given an update on scalable vector support in LLVM. Over the last 12 months a lot of work has been done to make LLVM cope with scalable vectors. This effort is now starting to bear fruit with LLVM gaining more capabilities, including an intrinsics interface for AArch64 SVE/SVE2, LLVM IR Codegen for scalable vectors, and several loop-vectorization

Klibc 2.0.2 build vs -j 30-ish
I've run into a problem with building klibc with high parallelism It's not quite predictable, but at a -j of approx 25-30 or more (on a 24 hyperthreaded machine), I often get something like the following error messages: ... [PATCH/RFC] klibc/kbuild: use separate kbuild files for each klibc subdirectory
This fixes a long standing issue where it was not possible to do "make usr/klibc/arch/x86_64/longjmp.o" in the kernel. The principle is that all .o files to be part of klibc are listed with klib-y. Asterisk -> Nortel CS1K via NRS
Hi, Was wondering if anyone had any tips or experience in getting a Nortel CS1K and Asterisk 1.4.19 to talk to each other via NRS? So far I've gotten asterisk to place calls to the CS1k via the NRS, however calls originated by the CS1K get rejected by the NRS with a 404 Not Found message. If I take the NRS out of the equation by replacing the IP address of the NRS in the CS1K with that

Unable to build linux-2.6-klibc with O=
Hi, I wanted to test the kinit setup on my configuration, and I found out that I'm unable to build using an external object directory (i.e. using O=../dir). I'm using the sources from the GIT tree. Correction to vec-subset speed patch
I found a bug in one of the fourteen speed patches I posted, namely in patch-vec-subset. I've fixed this (I now see one does need to duplicate index vectors sometimes, though one can avoid it most of the time). [kvm-unit-tests PATCH v3 1/4] Kbuild: add support for clang builds
Add cc-name to klibc/scripts/Kbuild.include. Make optimization flags not supported by clang conditional on cc-name. Use "--print-file-name=include" and "--print-libgcc-file-name" when using clang.
