extra whitespace around EPS files
I'm having difficulty getting rid of extra whitespace above and below an
EPS figure. For example, if I generate an output file using these
commands:
> R.test(output='none')
where:
R.test <- function(output=NULL) {
if (output == 'yes') {
ps.options(pointsize=10)
postscript('plot.eps', paper='special', horizontal=FALSE,

[FileCheck] Fix --strict-whitespace --match-full-lines
Hi,
this patch fixes a problem with leading/trailing whitespace matching for
FileCheck --strict-whitespace --match-full-lines.
Consider a text file:
...
$ cat DUMP
bla1
bla2
bla3
bla4
bla5
...
with some leading and trailing spaces, made more visible like this:
...
$ sed 's/ /_/g' DUMP
bla1
bla2
_bla3
bla4_
_bla5_
...
and a FileCheck file CHECK to match DUMP:
...
$ cat CHECK
//

[FileCheck] Fix --strict-whitespace --match-full-lines
Please send patches to llvm-commits not llvm-dev.
Writing FileCheck tests has pitfalls. A test along these lines:
bla0
CHECK:bla1
will actually pass, because the CHECK pattern is also part of the input
so it will readily match itself. You want the CHECK lines not to match
themselves, which you can easily do by introducing {{}} into the (middle
of the) pattern. That is:
bla0
CHECK:{{bla1}}

winbindd: local unix users vs. NTdomain users ........
Hi!
I use Samba 2.2.2 on Linux Red Hat 7.1.
My Samba server is NT domain member (security = domain),
and I use winbindd.
I detect some strange situation, as I look. See below.
For example, my NT domain is MYDOMAIN (PDC implemented
on NT4), and this domain have user myuser (MYDOMAIN+myuser
as see him Samba&Winbindd).
Linux, which run Samba&winbindd, have local user myuser too.

Inbox quota usage doubled when mailbox_list_index enabled, under some circumstances
Hello,
I searched through the list archives for anything that appeared to be
similar to this but I didn't find any good matches.? I apologize if this
has been brought up before.
Beginning with Dovecot 2.2.34, reported quota usage of a user's inbox
can be doubled when the following criteria are met:
1) quota plugin is enabled
2) mailbox_list_index=yes
3) A sub-folder of the inbox

If I use "connect network drive..." method with "connect as another user",
then it will always work.

--exclude with whitespace
Hi
I am using the default rsync 2.6.3 on OS X 10.5.3 and having issues
with my exclude options. I want to exclude a directory which has
whitespace in its name e.g. "My Directory" by adding --exclude="My
Directory" as a relative path. Now this exclude filter only works when
the name does not contain a whitespace. Is this problem rsync specific?
Thanks, Philippe

'doveadm quota get' dictionary SQL query ignores specified '@domain' part of username. bad config or bug?
Hi,
I'm setting up SQL quota usage in Dovecot2.
I've created a MAILBOX parameter table, 'PARAMS', that contains unique
<user>@<domain> pairs, with quota data.

site.pp referring to other manifests without modules
Hi all,
I want to do some code reuse, and modules seem overkill. Is it possible to
have something like this?
A file called myuser.pp
class myuser {
user {...}
file {...}
...
}
Then in site.pp have this:
node ''foo.example.com'' {
include myuser
.. other things ..
}
node ''bar.example.com'' {
include myuser
.. other things ..
}
When I try this,

can't ssh into C7 host
hey guys,
Yesterday I had no trouble loggging into this database host. But today for
some reason I can't log in using my RSA key and password authentication
doesn't work either.
I am able to log onto the host via console. And I was able to grab the ssh
config file. Here it is:
[root at db1 ~]# grep -v '#' /etc/ssh/sshd_config |sed '/^\s*$/d'
