Sharing in another network
Hi, I'm trying to share a machine that's on the other side of a gateway. The machine being shared is a Linux (kernel 2.2.1 (RedHat 5.2) and samba 2.0.3), and the box trying to access it is NT4.0 with SP5. It looks something like this ------- --------- ------ |Linux|-----------|Gateway|----------| NT | ------- --------- ------ 192.168.32.72

AW: Newsgroup - another try?
| I can think of two disadvantages of a newsgroup | | 1) Access | Everyone with an email address can sub_scribe to the R mailing lists. | However, not everyone has a news feed. I don't. Everyone who has access to the internet can also have a news-account. There are a lot of good free news-servers (most of the time hosted by universities), and on the client-site you can often use your

Persp and color
How can I control de "wrap-around" color behaviour in the persp function ? I am using something like : persp(bb[1:100,2:97], col= rainbow(8,start=0.1, end=0.8))) Depending on the rainbow length value I get several "wrap-around" blocks of the selected color range...something that I wanted to avoid... My idea is to use the color in order to make a separation from a certain

FAST MONEY!!!!!!
DO YOU WANT TO MAKE EASY MONEY? I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it. A little while back, I was browsing through newsgroups, just like you are now, and came across an article similar to this that said you could make thousands of dollars WITHIN WEEKS with only an initial investment of $6.00! So I thought, "Yeah right, this must be a scam", but like most of us, I was

The data came through fine, the program was a miss. Can you paste the program into a ".txt" document like a notepad file and send that? You could also paste it into your email IF your email is configured to send text and NOT html. Pedro, Thanks for the feedback. HPA and all, Since we have confirmation that this patch fixes keeppxe (for the memdisk use case) for at least one other person, could we get it into the next syslinux release? http://www.syslinux.org/archives/2016-June/025216.html -- Adam On Sat, Dec 24, 2016 at 02:09:14PM +0100, Pedro Koschi wrote: > Hello Adam , thanx . Plot MArginal distribution in the correct place
Can you suggest a plot on the right side so that the right plot has the same units of left plot and reflect the counts of the number of time the values repeat, something like the empirical distribution? 2017-06-14 12:30 GMT+02:00 Jim Lemon <drjimlemon at gmail.com>: > Hi Pedro, > If you keep that same margins for the second plot: > > par(mar=c(10,0,6,6)) >

Plot MArginal distribution in the correct place
Hi Pedro, If you keep that same margins for the second plot: par(mar=c(10,0,6,6)) barplot(fhist$counts, axes=FALSE, space=0,horiz=TRUE,col="lightgray") it looks reasonably well aligned to me. Because you are plotting the counts of the values in Simulation, the ordinate (vertical axis) of the bar plot is in quite different units from that of the plot on the left side. Jim On Wed, Jun
