Problems with ecodist

When I run the analysis, it is always report that the matrix is not square, but I didn't know what's wrong with my data. Would you please help me on this. I am quite

partial mantel tests "Ecodist"
Hi all, I'm searching for a little clarification on partial mantel tests (ecodist package) I've a distance matrix (x,y), and several others containing environmental/chemical variables. Based on the help file, and the package instructions I've managed to implement the tests as; var1 ~ env1 + space to partial out the effect of space and test the relationship between the

How to incorporate interaction terms in MRM function of ecodist library?
Hi, I'm interested in incorporating some interaction terms between my explanatory variables (distance matrices in this case) when I'm using the function MRM of the package ecodist. The function is doing a multiple regression on distance matrices. I can get the function to work perfectly on my explanatory matrices by adding a (+) sign as known. However, when I try to use the (*) sign or

simple intro to cluster analysis using R
I am looking for simple introduction to cluster analysis using R, that would be understandable to a novice in statistics. Or, could someone perhaps help me understand how to proceed in my analysis? I am very new to both statistics and R, but am trying hard to avoid having to use SPSS as everyone around me... I have dataset on people presenting their opinions on different religious

Expuning & Purging doesn't fully remove emails?
Hello, I'm facing an issue where deleted emails keep re-appearing after my mailbox index gets recreated.??I'm running version 2.2.36 of dovecot, but I tested the same scenario under 2.3.10. I'm also using mdbox, autoexpunge, and using dovecot replication. I've had several instances now where some expunged emails show up again in a mailbox. I noticed this error: doveadm: Error:

Expuning & Purging doesn't fully remove emails?
But is that not adviced in the manual[1]? I am also in the process of setting up dovecot behind a haproxy. Still testing with this. I was wondering why one would choose haproxy and not eg dovecot proxy (with director) [1] https://wiki2.dovecot.org/HAProxy -----Original Message----- From: Zelic Bojan [mailto:bojan.zelic at kudelskisecurity.com] Sent: woensdag 26 augustus 2020 23:39 To:

Expuning & Purging doesn't fully remove emails?
?I managed to figure this out. Just wanted to follow up if anyone in the future encounters the same issue. I am using HAProxy along with dovecot replication. When an email comes in... it is round robin'd to each of the 2 dovecot/postfix servers. I have postfix running on each server and it uses the local dovecot LMTP service for storing the mails. We sometimes get surges of emails(hundreds

Implicit storage tiering w/ ZFS
I''m curious if there has been any discussion of or work done toward implementing storage classing within zpools (this would be similar to the storage foundation QoSS feature). I''ve searched the forum and inspected the documentation looking for a means to do this, and haven''t found anything, so pardon the post if this is redundant/superfluous. I would imagine this would
