asterisk + res_config_ldap = asterisk.core
Greetings. Attempting to connect Asterisk to LDAP database using res_config_ldap module. While trying to register sip client (Ekiga softphone), according to slapd.log, asterisk connects to LDAP server, asks for some attributes to modify (they do exist, and asterisk user has all permissions to do that, etc). And then asterisk application just crashes. Without ldap (using just static users'

Coredump while searching a folder
Hi, while searching through the message bodies in a real folder I got a coredump. I used the master user for this operation. dovecot.index* files have been removed before I started this operation. This looks a bit different to my previous report. Coredump: Program terminated with signal 6, Aborted. [New process 1628] #0 0x00002b5e82a8ced5 in raise () from /lib/libc.so.6 #0 0x00002b5e82a8ced5

Realtime LDAP Queues crashes
Hi all, I've updated Asterisk trunk LDAP schema [0] [1] to include queues and other attributes needed for a working LDAP backend (I'll open a bug to include these changes on svn). SIP users and dialplan are perfectly working, but when I call a queue the whole Asterisk (1.6.2.0) crashes: on extconfig: [settings] sipusers => ldap,"dc=nodomain",sip sippeers =>

Does anybody have realtime queue members working? Not the queues themselves, just the members. I have realtime working for voicemail and sippeers, but I can't get queue members to work. Here is what I have: res_mysql.conf: [general] dbhost = 127.0.0.1 dbname = ASTERISK dbuser = myuser dbpass = mypass dbport = 3306 dbsock = /tmp/mysql.sock queues.conf: [general]

Asterisk and LDAP
Hi, I'm trying to get Asterisk running with LDAP to be able to authenticate sip user registrations. I'm using Asterisk (1.8.13.1~dfsg1-3+deb7u3) on a Debian server. Unfortunately I wasn't successful so far. My res_ldap.conf looks like this (so pretty minimal): --- [_general] ;url=ldaps://ldap.chaotikum.org url=ldap://ldap.chaotikum.org protocol=3 basedn=dc=chaotikum,dc=org [sip]

Dozens of SIP NOTIFY messages with unique call ID's, and the same mailbox repeated multiple times on 1.6.2.6
(sorry this is so long) I could really use a helping hand. I have a 1.6.2.6 installation using LDAP as the realtime engine for voicemail users, SIP users, queues, and some custom hotdesking families. I'm also using ODBC voicemail storage. The issue that I am having is that the UA's (Polycom 501's, 301's and 430's) are receiving multiple SIP NOTIFY messages when the user

Autofallthrough delays before hanging up calling channel?
I am seeing some curious behaviour with a 1.2.32 system, which I do not understand and so can't work out how to fix it. I have a PRI routed to context default. Here is the complete default context: [default] exten => _9X.,1,Dial(IAX2/m1peer/${EXTEN:1}) exten => _20XX,1,Dial(IAX2/sipeer/${EXTEN}) exten => _X.,1,Dial(IAX2/m1peer/${EXTEN}) exten =>

strange row numbering after rbind-ing a list
"Not that it really matters, but" Can someone explain how the row numbers get assigned in the following sequence? It looks like something funky happens when rbind() coerces 'bar' into a dataframe. In either sequence of rbind below, once you get past the first two rows, the row numbers count normally. Rgames> (foo<-data.frame(x=5,y=4,r=3)) x y r 1 5 4 3 Rgames>
