Asterisk 1..8 multiple queue
Hey Guys! We had migrate asterisk 1.2 to 1.8 now big issue is queue system. Before we had 3 queues and we were using AgentCallbackLogin but now its quite difficult to use AddQueueMember. Queue not sending call to Agent
Queue not sending call to Agent I am having an issue and i am not sure if it is a bug or a config issue. I was originally running Asterisk 1.8.1.1 when I noticed this issue. Asterisk queue not play muscinhold or hangup

Hi, I setup a queue (number 4050) with one static agent (extension 4054). What I would like is that when someone calls the 4050 queue and there are neither "dynamic" agents logged in nor is the static agent 4054 "on-line" then the caller gets out of the queue and falls into another context (eg. voicemail or anything). Restart asterisk destroy all registered SIP peers
Hi Guys! This is strange issue with 1.8 I have restarted my asterisk and it destroy all registered SIP peers now only solution is i manually reboot all phones to get them register back. asterisk 1.4.21.2 a caller waited in queue, after connect to agent hears silence
Hi all! My problem is that calls being placed in the queue, and are waiting while the agents are busy, when an agents is then free they gets connected to the agent but there is silence (no voice). If a caller has not to wait in the queue, there is no problem. My agents have an iax2 client, and imcoming calls are over SIP. queue.conf: persistentmembers=yes autofill=yes ringinuse=no

Queue member (Agent) does not Dial
Hi All, We are using Asterisk 1.2.18 in a CentOS box. Implemented a queue (maqueue) structure for handling customer calls. There are 4 queue members (85744,85766,85511,84888). These 4 members are logged in using AgentCallbackLogin application. But at some point, one of the agent's SIP phone does not ring for an incoming call to this queue. Single agent multiple queues....
Hi, I have several agents, who all log into multiple queues. What I want to happen (but doesn't seem to be) is: Agent 5 is logged into queues 1,2,3 Agent 4 is logged into queues 1,3 A call comes into queue 1, and goes to agent 5. Agent 5 answers the call and finishes it. A call comes into queue 3. I want this call to go to Agent 4, as opposed to going to agent 5 (which is what it is doing

Queue Agent Getting Additional Calls When on the Phone
We have a queue that agents log into through the dial plan. Extension Sip/101 logs in as Agent/101 We have 'ringinuse = no' in the queues.conf file. The issue is that when Ext 101 is on a 'non queue' call (they placed a call, someone called their DID, etc) they still receive queue calls. Is there a way to stop this from happening? -Matt

Queues and Agent penalty - how to go to second best agent when the first does not answer
