Hi All, Sorry if this has been covered already, but I don't tend to follow this list as close as I should these days. Problem is that if a call comes in to a queue without option 'r' specified - moh plays as expected. Now, when that call is answered, all is fine. Trouble comes when that person then puts the caller on-hold. No moh is heard by the caller (in fact, they get silence).

Does anyone have Music-On-Hold and valet parking, or regular parking working together? No matter how I configure it, I cannot get moh to continue to play after I park a call using either valet parking or regular parking. The only thing I can think of is that I might need to use # transfer instead of sip native transfer? Shouldn't this just work? If needed I can post the config for one

Hi, Has anybody else noticed that MOH does not play on parked calls in 1.6.2.14? Or is it just my setup? MOH seems to work in every other respect (Call Held or in-Queue), but when a call is parked, the logs show MOH being started, but the parked party hears nothing. The verbose logs show the following. OK, last showstopper that I just can't puzzle my way through - parking calls with the snom phones. I get the two phones connected, I hit transfer on one, the other phone goes to MOH and the first phone gives me DT, so I dial 700 and hit the OK button. I know the call parking feature changed in 1.4.23.1 to fix some serious issues. I'm seeing a major change though which I find disturbing. A person parks a call by transferring it to the parking position (700). When the timeout value is reached, the call is NOT returned to that device, but rather the 's' extension of the phone's registered context (in this case [unrestricted]).
