Subaddress Extension in sieve plugin
Hello! With many MTAs it is possible to use a special form of adressing: subaddresses or "plussed addresses". For sendmail you can read some information on http://www.sendmail.org/m4/misc_features.html http://www.unix.org.ua/orelly/networking/sendmail/ch24_04.htm#SML2-CH-24-SECT-4-3 In a sieve filter you can analyse these special detail values, the syntax is described in RFC3598

ISDN Sub-Address
Hello, I have 2 Fritz!Pci cards installed on my system, and I use chan_capi. Recently I tried to work a little bit with sub addressing, and after searching the internet I did not find anything. Can anyone tell me if subaddress is in the called-party field just like the MSN? Or is it passed somewhere else and I cannot receive it. Although I was informed by my TELCO that this feature is enabled

Newbie: ISDN E1 the same in all countries?
Hi. I'm looking at ordering a 30-channel ISDN connection from telia (a swedish operator) and then using a Wildcard TE110P card with that and asterisk to do IVR. Can I be certain that the TE110P card will work with that ISDN connection? A 30 channel ISDN certainly sounds like an E1 connection, but I couldn't get any clear answers from the operator if it is. Has anyone used the TE110P

New RFC: How to specify a phone number
A new RFC was published today, RFC 3601: Abstract: "This memo describes the full set of notations needed to represent a text string in a Dial Sequence. Reading Model data before update
Hi all, here is the challenge: I have this validation method, that basically prevents an object which billed = true to be updated: def before_update if read_attribute(:billed) errors.add_to_base(''This service has already been billed for'') end !read_attribute(:billed) end The above code does not work in case I do something like: object =

Creating a map with central Asian countries
Dear all, I am trying to create a map for central asian countries(Kazakhstan, Uzbekstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenstan, and Tajikstan). I tried google for shapefiles and Rdata files of central asia, but I can't seem to find them. There is only a world map and individual maps for each countries. If I use individual maps to create this map, how do I put them on a same graphic with different colours?

I18n.t('countries.NO') broken?
Hi I''ve tried this on a virgin Rails 3.2.2 app. If you put the translations for country names in the locale file using the 2 letter ISO code, it looks something like this: en: countries: DE: "Germany" NO: "Norway" US: "USA" This works fine - but for Norway :-) I18n.t :''countries.DE'' # => "Germany" I18n.t

plural names such as countries
Hi, I found out that Rad Rails names could be properly made plural, such as "country" = "countries" not "countrys". . I have a database that contained one table named "countrys". I pluralized the name by adding an "s" as "countrys".I ran the Rad Rails generator and created a "controller" that was named "country

list of countries, states, cp, etc.
I''m doing a registration form. I saw many registrations forms which asks you for a country and it lists all the countries of the world, and when you select a country the form is actualized with all the states or provinces, and when you select a state/province then the form is actualized with all the cities. I''m looking to do something like that, is there a free service or pay

Distances between countries package?
Hi everyone, I am looking for a package that would take "CountryName1" and "CountryName2" as input and spit out the distance (approximate) between the two countires. Does something like that exist? I don't have R experience, so making one myself is out of the question... Thanks in advance!

Generating a different countries ringtone on a per call basis
We can use the Dial() command with the 'r' option in order to generate the UK ringtone (as we are UK based the default is UK). How do we generate a USA ringtone for example? I have tried setting the CHANNEL(language) and CHANNEL(tonezone) to 'us' (and calling Progress() beforehand) and although this works for Playtones() the Dial command still continues to play the UK ringtone.
