Queues with Dynanic Users (BUG?)
I am running r79979 of Asterisk Trunk, and I am having problems trying to use app_queue.so. I want to use the extension 510 to be a line where users can call technical support. Extensions 511 and 512 are used by the operators to dynamically make themselves a Queue Member or not. So, operators call 511, and they should get added to the Queue as a Queue member. When users call 510 then, it

How libvirt interacts with dhcpd?
Hi everybody, I'm using libvirt together with xCAT, on the same host, for testing purposes. xCAT install and manages dhcpd. How libvirt interacts with dhcpd? And if doens't how does the dhcp server of libvirt works, plus where I can find information on how to troubleshot it? Regards, -- “If you're going to try, go all the way. Re: How libvirt interacts with dhcpd?
Thanks for the reply Laine. My problem is that dnsmasq is masking dhcpd, xCAT uses dhcpd for PXE stuff. If dnsmasq answer DHCP requests the PXE boot won' t work. I want to see the logs for ensuring the dnsmasq is not masking dhcpd. Regards, 2018-06-18 11:39 GMT-03:00 Laine Stump <laine@redhat.com>: > On 06/18/2018 09:16 AM, Daniel. wrote: >> Cool, thanks!! Weird behaviour opening pdf files (and maybe others)
Hi, I had to review a samba setup recently where people experienced strange things. Basically they more from a solaris on phisical machines environment (locally hosted) running an old version of samba (2.x or even 1.x) to a Red Hat virtualized environement runing 3.6 (remotely hosted). The link between clients and server is really good (2x100Mb/s fiber) and browsing shares and opening office

Extensions fail to register themselves when all trunks are unreachable.
Hi, my asterisk server has a strange behavior when all trunks are unreachable (for example due to internet connection), it doesn't accept registrations from any internal extension, and, obviously, I can't do any internal call. On the log I see only lines like: [2013-09-30 01:35:04] NOTICE[1827] chan_sip.c: Peer 'xxx' is now UNREACHABLE! Last qualify: 36 and then [2013-09-30

Login not possible / machine account issues
Hi, Did you find any solution? I am facing exactly the same scenario. -CentOS 6.7 -Samba Version 4.4.3 -BIND_DLZ 9.9.8 Some workstations suddenly are unable to login, unless I reboot or rejoin the domain. The only odd event I see in the client is the one already said: Log Name: System Source: Microsoft-Windows-Security-Kerberos Event ID: 4 Task Category:

re 11. uniroot and function opposite signs warning
Nurza, Try running a while loop steping out until you have a start and finish thats the function is opposite in sign. You need a "start" and "finish" where F is + and - on either side of the loop. Graphing F might help. step<-10 checkme<-F(start)*F(finish+step) while(checkme>0){ initialstep<-initialstep*2 checkme<-F(start)*F(finish+step) }

Opposite return values in vringh_notify_enable_kern() and virtqueue_enable_cb().
Hi Rusty, The two similar functions in vringh and virtqueue for turning on interrupts has opposite return values if there are buffers available in the ring. I think it would be better if these two functions aligned the use of return values. Maybe it's just me, but I got the logic for re-scheduling NAPI wrong due to this. /** * vringh_notify_enable_kern - we want to know if something
