problem with ringinuse=no, queue members receive randomly two calls
Dear all on a debian amd64 i've installed (from source) asterisk 1.4.30 On the system we have in average 50 concurrent calls in queue and 40 sip members. Call "stuck" in queue
Asterisk 11.1.0 One queue with strategy=leastrecent. (Full queues.conf below.) Occasionally (several times today), a caller will get "stuck" in the queue - there are operators available to take the call, but the caller stays in the queue for a long time. Queue still tries to ring agent when busy
When agents are on the phone, and the CLI queue show command shows their status as busy, the queue still tries to send them calls. Backports to 1.2.14 of 1.4.0 app_queue features.
Nothing much to be said.. I backported ringinuse, autofill and the QueueLog application from 1.4.0 to 1.2.14. Any or all may be applied - order doesn't matter. They have received minimal testing but appear to function correctly. Have you tried Asterisk 13? The bridging mechanism has been completely rewritten on Asterisk 12, so there's no longer channel masquerading and zombie channels. asterisk queue 'ringall' stratagy
Hi List, I have faced a problem in asterisk queue implementation. I configured a queue with 'ringall' strategy and 'ringinuse=yes' in queues.conf. ringing in queues
We use the ringall strategy for a small queue with 4 members. When a call comes in, if one of the members is busy, all the phones except the busy phone rings (as intended). While the other phones are ringing, if this busy phone becomes available again, we would like to have it start ringing. Right now it just sits idle. Is this possible?
