Hi, I'm very new to Asterisk and I have the following scenario. 1. Let's say I have a number of 1-222-222-2222 from my SIP service provider (VoicePulse). 2. I point my phone, Verizon wireless cellphone (1-111-111-1111), voicemail to the number provided by SIP service provider (1-222-222-2222). 3. I use another phone (1-333-333-333) to call 1-111-111-1111 and leave a voicemail message.

About Asterisk 1.6 web GUI
Hi, I had some experience on Asterisk 1.0.7 and 1.2.0. Now, I want to do something on the New Release of Asterisk 1.6.xx. I want to know wheather there are already web GUI for use now in the release. Can I use queuemetrics with asterisknow? Inbound Callcenter with multiple DIDs
I'm curious what asterisk solutions there are out there for inbound call centers with multiple DIDs. I'm looking for solutions for a setup where single system may have 1000 DIDs going to it, one for each account. Each account may not get that many calls. queue issue
I have a _very_ specific situation where I need queues to work in a very specific manner - I need the queue to only accept one call at a time, even though several phones are attached to it. My memory tells me that queues might have even worked this way in the distant past (pre 1.0)...but I am willing to be mistaken. Is this even remotely possible? PaulH

Queues: Play a list of sound file n round-robin at a specific interval
Hi, Anyone knows if there is a way to play a list of sound file in a round robin mode (at specific interval) while someone in waiting in moh in a queue? Ok, you enter a queue and wait listening to moh, every X minutes a sound file is played from a list of sound files to be played. If that possible and if so how? Thanks for any pointers. Andre

AGI with queues status
