We recently took a few Polycom Soundpoint IP 500 to test out in Asterisk environment. So far it has been good. Call Hold, Transfer, DMTF etc. However, I do notice every now and then the Polycom fails to register with Asterisk. What headsets have people found work well with the Polycom Soundpoint 500 & 600? If any of the headsets that work with the Polycom's also work the Cisco, that would be an added bonus, but is by no means a requirement. I am not looking for a headset that requires an external amplifier, but rather a headset that can make use of the headset jack on the phone itself.

Good day all Is there someone who's got a sirrix 4 port working in NT mode I got one working good in TE mode. Apparently I must add 8 jumpers in make the cross cable a straight cable But what about the sirrix.conf? Do I just change the mode from TE to NT? Please Help or advice? Thanks Altus

How do I test if the card is working or not ? Is there something that I can do to get a response from the card ?
