Paul Hass: re 2.5.5 fork

I recall
bash$ ps -aux
showed 2 rsync processes, maybe three when the rsync was executing on the
other console. I have plenty more

Paul Mahlers Book
Anybody know of a UK supplier of "Voip Telephony with Asterisk"
" by Paul Mahler ?
I've searched on the web, and the only suppliers I can find are US
based, and the postal charge is as much as the book.
cheers

thank you wayne, andrew, paul and everyone else
For me, rsync is an indispensable tool. I don't know what I'd do without it.
Rsync and OpenSSH make our open systems possible.
Of course, we wouldn't NEED them so much if we had better distributed file systems,
but let's keep this an upbeat message. :-)
I'd like to thank Andrew and Paul for giving birth to it, Wayne for nurturing it, and
everyone else for providing

Open source projects survive on freedom of communication. Such
projects are diminished when a community member can no longer
participate, as the project no longer benefits from their opinions and
insight. However, one of the few things worse than this loss of
participation is to have a hostile environment where people are afraid
to voice opinions. If we cannot discuss ideas ? even radical ones ?

grid Graphics by Paul Murrell
Dear All,
I've been trying to format a plot output using par() with mfrow, fin,
mai, etc and basically it's proving to be a pain. I searched on google
and found that Paul Murrell had written a grid Graphics program which
seems perfect. However, when I try and use say viewport() I just get a
function not found error. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong please?
Thank-you

Again, Hi All,
Thanks for your replies. I probably should've mentioned that
I'm not subscribed to the list but I found your answers on
the archives.
I just wanted to go on record and mention that I do in fact
have all the original CD's and that by re-encoding I meant
repeating the entire process of ripping the original CD's
(with cdparanoia (of course ;)) and then encoding them
