DUNDi configuration problem

Where an extension really is (DUNDi woes)
I have two servers setup to do DUNDi lookups against each other. The scenario is that on server A, I have a wildcard match for extensions 64XX that rings to a local extension on the server. On server B I have a 6442 real extension that I would like to have ring if called. It seems that DUNDi is matching on the 64XX and not searching out to see if there is a *more* exact match than the pattern

Callback Agents and Dial 'g' option
I'm unable to get the Dial option 'g' to work with callback agents. The plan is to use it so that I can redirect a customer to a menu so they can rate the call they just had with the agent. Having problems with Agents and calls going to voicemail
I am having problems with a call queue setup where voicemail seems to be getting in the way. Here's what I've found: When I have 2 users logged in as Agents (using AgentCallbackLogin) they will both ring when a new call comes in. installing asterisk for Ubuntu Synaptic
I have an Ubuntu system and went into Synaptic and checked asterisk for installation. Once installed, I started it with /usr/sbin/asterisk -vvvgc and got the following output with several errors and notices. Do I need to do more or are these ok? I'm looking at finding a way for my Macro(dundi-dundi-test,${ENTEN}) when I dial out on the dundi-test network to return a +101 to my [dundi-test-out] context, if the number being dialed on the dundi-test network does not exist, then I will route the call out using my pstn or voip connection i have. agent logoff
I am using AgentCallbacklogin to logon agents. I am trying to avoid agents being logged in more than once in different extensions (is this a bug?) by passing the callerid to the AgentCallbacklogin funtcion as an option. The problem is that by doing this, agents are not asked for an extension and they cannot logoff (by pressing the #). Any ideas how can agents logoff? -------------- next part
