Wrong caller id in CDR
I posted something on this a week ago, at which time I was told that this was an 'old' issue. Since then, I've spent hours looking, but can't find the answer. For some reason, some of my CDRs (both to CSV and MySQL) are being written with the wrong callerid. As best as I can determine, they are being written with the CLID of the _last_ caller to access the specific ZAP channel

MeetMe time doesn't show up in CDRs?
Hello, I'm working on some dialplan rules to pull multiple users into a conference call. I have some fairly straightforward rules which start up a new MeetMe conference, allow escape with the * key to invite more users, then use a features.conf sequence to bring the new user into the conference with ChannelRedirect. The problem I'm running into is the time in the MeetMe conference

Hi Everyone, Trying to run a php script after DeadAGI for A2Billing does it's magic. This is the dialplan: [a2billing] exten => _X.,1,System(php pre-call.php ${CALLERID(num)} ${EXTEN} ${UNIQUEID}) exten => _X.,n,AGI(a2billing.php,1) exten => _X.,n,Hangup() *exten => h,1,Wait(5)* *exten => h,n,System(php post-call.php ${CALLERID(num)} ${UNIQUEID})* As you can see above, I even

How can extensions.conf be changed to work with both Asterisk 11 and 1.4.X such that 1.4.X calls deadagi and 11 just calls agi as deadagi is no more. Thanks, jerry

DeadAGI Application
I downloaded the astcc calling card program. Thanks, it is very easy to setup and works Excellent. Anyway, it says to use DeadAGI to run it rather than AGI. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I just updated my asterisk from cvs and rebuilt and reinstalled. I do not have an application called DeadAGI. I have searched the source, google, etc. but have not been able to find anything.

DeadAGI variables confusion
Hi * users, We're using calls to external scripts through AGI at various points throughout our IVR system. We use these scripts to log certain events and to make certain choices that I wasn't sure would be possible in the dial plan. The problem comes with with the final call to our script. We use this line: exten => h,1,deadagi(log.php|{$service}|Hung up|${UNIQUEID}) I know there are

MeetMe through DeadAGI has changed to return -1 on Hangup
I have a "support call" AGI script that has been working flawlessly for a couple of years now. It dumps the customer into a MeetMe conference room, then dials a bunch of support engineers, and connects anyone who accepts the call into the conference room. The conference room is recorded. After the support call is over, the recording is emailed to a list for quality control, etc. It

Corrupt CDR records in Asterisk 1.2.x
I have a problem with CDR recording in Asterisk 1.2.x. This is the situation: An Asterisk 1.2.0 (BRIstuffed-0.3.0-PRE-1 with florz) machine with a single HFC-S ISDN BRI card. I log the call records to both the Master.csv and MySQL. The problem is that when an incoming call from the ISDN line is logged to the CDR, the "src" and the "clid" field show up as something like

Enabling MySQL UNIQUE from cdr.conf
Hi, Is there a way to enable the usage of UNIQUEID CDR field using a MySQL database backend for storing CDRs without having to recompile asterisk-addons as stated here http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+cdr+mysql ? After version 1.4 it is said in release that it can be done (not sure if it applies to mysql backend) How would it be the syntax in cdr.conf? I tried this without success in

Asterisk 1.8 and DeadAGI
Dears; In asterisk 1.8, it is not more possible to use DeadAGI? Also, I found the below commands in the a2billing and I would to ask why it set the sequence 1 for the Hangup()? Maybe because it is related to the NoOp? How? [a2billing-callingcard] exten => _X.,1,NoOp(A2Billing Start) exten => _X.,n,Answer() exten => _X.,n,Wait(2) exten => _X.,n,DeadAgi(a2billing.php,1) exten =>

Hi list! Running Asterisk 20.0.0 on CentOS 7, logging CDRs using cdr_adaptive_odbc to mariadb-server-5.5.68 (via mariadb-connector-odbc-3.1.7-ga-rhel7) Using chan_sip. I'm facing the problem when there is a sudden spike of calls, some of the calls that are being made during those spikes hang forever basically. This looks like this: [root at voip]# asterisk -rx 'core show channels

CDR problem - incorrect time
We have a billing system that depends on the CDRs. We had a guest that made a one minute call to a local cellphone, this call went out Zap channel through our channel bank. The CDR recorded a 200 minute call, but I checked with the Telco's records and it had terminated after one minute. What can cause this and what can I do to prevent it? -- Chris Mason NetConcepts (264) 497-5670 Fax:
