asterisk is not seeing my queues in database

Skip Busy Agents/Channels from Queue
Is there a way skip / ignore the member whose status is busy in the Queue. I have two channel member in queue and i have set the peer limit 2 for these members. I want to skip those member who are currently on the call (answered to calls) and now their status is busy, if Queue see the busy status caller will not enter in the Queue and go to the next priority. Is there anyway to setup a queue with only one agent (device) which is always logged in. So when a call hits that queue the device will ring (if not already on a call) or will be put in the queue if the call is already in place? problem with ringinuse=no, queue members receive randomly two calls
Dear all on a debian amd64 i've installed (from source) asterisk 1.4.30 On the system we have in average 50 concurrent calls in queue and 40 sip members. how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list, I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on hold) before the agents answer them. 2 pretty irritating issues....
Hey All ~ 1, queue records on fairly unreliable. I would say about 40 - 60 percent of the queue calls are not being recorded and I'm not sure why. I don't seem to see any kind of pattern to the failure. I've added a sample of our queue config at the bottom. 2, cel_pgsql module seems to crash regularly. Queue and Interface time out
We are assigning interfaces directly to our customer service queue through an application running on each agent's PC using the QueueAdd Manager API command. No agents are defined in agents.conf. Does anyone have a solution to pause or remove an interface that doesn't answer after a defined period of time? Thank you, James

Realtime queues with Firebird SQL through unixodbc

Queue still tries to ring agent when busy
When agents are on the phone, and the CLI queue show command shows their status as busy, the queue still tries to send them calls. Running Asterisk 1.6.0.17 and using AddQueueMember to dynamically add agents. ringinuse is set to no for queue.
