Need help implementing call center featuresofAsterisk
It sounds like Naren and company has their own CRM application. They need a predictive dialer that allows third party app integration.

Gnudialer
Hi there!
Is there anyone out there using gnudialer? I tried vicidial but couldn't get
it to work (does vicidial support SIP trunks anyways?). Gnudialer seems to
be simpler, though their web interface needs a little work (version
2.0seems like a step in the right direction but it isn't out yet). How
do you
register an agent? The documentation is lacking...

Predictive Dialer, Web & Inbound Phone System
Currently I have a predictive dialer that is web-enabled, as well as a
superdialer mechanism. I was wondering what kind of success people have
had with their dialers (lessons learned, etc.) and how I need some
direction on how to seamlessly integrate an inbound system with the
predictive dialer.
My thoughts are that inbound phone calls will be routed to a
receptionist first, who will then

Voicebroadcasting with Asterisk?
Hello! I was curious to know if anyone out there had used Asterisk for
voice broadcasting. We have a proprietary dialer that can do it, and we
are using Global Connect - www.gc1.com <http://www.gc1.com/> - for some
voice broadcasting campaigns. However I'd like to see if I could use
Asterisk, possibly with Vicidial or gnuDialer, to do voice broadcasting.
Essentially I'd have

Asterisk & GNUDialer issue
Hello everybody, I'm installing an Asterisk 1.2.7.1 with GNUDialer
0.98-puff18. It also has zaptel from CVS. My FXO is an X100P Clone.
The agents from GNUDialer log ok, and everything is fine until the
GNUDialer makes a call, as soon as it engages (the phone starts to
ring) asterisk crashes with these messages:
> Channel Zap/1-1 was answered.

Call Center and Predictive dialing
I know this question has been asked a lot before, but please I would
like to know from personal experience.
I'm looking to use Asterisk in a call center environment, where most
of the calls will be outbound calls. They will have at start 100
agents.
I have looked at vicidial and looks promising, however I would like to
hear from users what they use and how they like it compared to other

Dial out from script. Mini predictive dialer
Howdy,
I need some pointers (ideas or help) to build a solution to retrieve
recordings out of an IVR.
The program needs to do some predictive dialing functions I only need it to:
1) Be able on it's own to make a call (to the same number inside this
script).
2) Detect that the call has been answered and that it has finished.
I need some sort of AGI but it needs to run on it's own, i.e.

Dialer software for Asterisk...
I have a customer with a more or less unique need. Right now we
are using Wombat as a dialer software so they can contact clients for QA
purposes. Everything is working very well and their contact center
productivity is way up from the old manual dialing method.
The only thing we are having a problem with is that they have up to
5 phone numbers to contact a single customer. Obviously

autodialed call forwarding via meetme or queue (was predictive dialer)
Also posting this question to people working on manager interface and
dialers.
I have a simple auto dialing script (using Originate) that forwards all
incoming calls to a queue full of waiting agents instead of a meetme
conference room. I use queues rather than meetme so I can leave the
automatic call distribution to the queue itself.
The problem is when the calls reach the agents, some of the

Sine Dialer, GNU dialer, VICIDial and others slightly OT?
Hello All,
I have a requirement to setup a predictive dialer for a customers call center.
I am asking for pros and cons of the different dialers available for
Asterisk. If you are going to send marketing material send it to my e-mail
directly please and not to the list. I was hoping to get the opinions of any
one using any of these dialers and what they liked and didn't like, ease of

Dialer program
Hello,
I am looking for a dialer program, free or not, that allows me to perform
scheduled calls, generate reports and let me upload sound files. Is there
something that fits these features?.
If there is not any product like I mentioned before I am interested to build
this kind of software but I need ideas to make it useful for technical and
non-technical people.
I don't want to spend my
