ztdummy
The USB core was completely rewritten in 2.6, and as such the functions that ztdummy depends on do not exist in 2.6. I get the feeling that these changes are too much to easily fix ztdummy, so I don't expect to see it working on 2.6 any time soon (if ever) I made some small changes to zaprtc to work on 2.6 and I have MoH and Meetme functions working fine in my lab. For production I would

Debian sarge package for 1.2beta1?
Hello, has anyone seen or created a Debian Sarge package for 1.2beta1? I saw some for Sid, but I prefer not upgrading glibc right now, as this is a production server (Asterisk on it will be for testing). Thanks, Juraj.

"That is not a valid conference number.." with ztdummy running
I previously had Asterisk 1.0.7 running on a Linux 2.4.x kernel with ztdummy. I was able to do things like meetme and music on hold. I recently installed Asterisk 1.0.9 on a different machine with a Linux 2.6.x kernel running ztdummy. I installed and configured everything the same way, but when I try to call into a conference room I get the error message stating, "that is not a valid

Problem with '#' key recognition
Hi, I seem to be unable to get Asterisk to recognise the '#' key being pressed to acknowledge an incoming call from a queue. No matter how many times I press the key to acknowledge, the Asterisk server acts as if I have not. I have installed the ztdummy module, and it seems that Asterisk is picking it up OK (mainly since it's not moaning about permissions for IAX timing any

#include not working with *1.0.9
We are running * V1.0.9 on a demo box. We have set up everything in our dialplan and we have a directory where we store individual extension settings. That directory is called "extensions-phones.d" and it contains a number of .conf files. In my extensions.conf file I have put a #include "extensions-phones.d/*.conf" in my [globals] context If we reload and restart *, and

For those that are hearing about for the first time, it?s a piece of software that enables the use of another language in say_number commands in asterisk dialplan or AGI scripts. monitor using incorrect path
Hello, I have been noticing the following behaviour with the monitor command.. Normally it records to the default location and then uses soxmix to create the correct wav file. But for some reason sometimes it doesn't use /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/.. but //var/spool/asterisk/monitor/.. (notice the 2 // in front!) Here is some logging: monitor executing ( nice -n 19 soxmix

app_senddtmf.so.
Hi. I have installed asterisk 1.0.7. I need to send dtmf with tone duration. This functionality is in the cvs version. Can any body send me the app_senddtmf.so binary compiled for i386 or pentium IV to replace the 1.0.7 version.? I want to preserve the rest of 1.0.7 version of asterisk, because I use the debian package and I want to maintain the asterisk upgrades and patches. Thanks.

How to let ZAPHFC work with and act on different incoming MSNs?
Hi all, I'm struggling some time now with this problem. Googling and searching on this topic did not deliver the answer yet, so my last hope is this list. Analogue to the things which are possible with modem.conf, where I can configure the MSN's to act on, I would like to have similar functionality. This is the idea: I have 1 ISDN line, it can be reached by 4 different MSN's. I have

Hi All, I have the problem setting up TDM22B card. Steps what I have followed are: [1] compiled zaptel-1.0.9.2 & installed the same. [2] modprobe wcfxo /lib/modules/2.4.20-8/misc/wcfxo.o: init_module: No such device Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters. You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
