Hi, We?re looking at options for logging agents into the system programmatically via Perl/PHP and I was wondering if anyone else is doing this and if so, how. We're using AgentCallbackLogin now but would like to set up a web interface instead. Hi all, I have looked at cisco docs and it says DND is set by pressing the services button and choosing DND. Does anyone know how to configure DND in the services.xml file. It doesn't seem as much broken as just annoying. I am holding off on upgrading until this resolves, but it doesn't seem to affect performance, anyways. BTW, some folks say that the server address only gets appended to the CID when a redirect or something comes about.
