can't CLI> STOP NOW by zombie MOH
I am using CVS-v1-0-04/20/05-12:31:26. Windows Messenger5.1 works MOH
fine. After I stop MOH on Windows Messenger, if the hungup signal could
not send to *, the sip channel(e.g.,SIP/52001-08ca) for this MOH remains.
Then the user trys again MOH, a new sip channel starts. And again
the hugup signal can not send to *,.........
When I 'stop now' from CLI> , * cleanups the remaining sip

I just noticed that the Skype API for linux seems to be available.
I've read before a number of posts where people were talking about
implementing a chan_skype with the skype API.
I wonder if there is any progress in that direction, and if anyone is
working on it.

Broken pipe of stdinpcm on asterisk-ices.xml
hi,
I installed icecast-2.2.0.tar.gz and ices-2.0.1.tar.gz on Fedora3
linux-2.6.12-1.1372_FC3). It works fine for playlist.ogg from
the other CPU, such as 'xmms http://192.168.0.3:8000/listplay.ogg'.
But when I use 'stdinpcm' like 'asterisk-ices.xml' which send
voip's voice udp packets to 'asterisk-ices.xml' such as;

upsd "events"
Hello,
I'm quite new to NUT, currently setting it up on a few machines in my home
lab because I switched from an APC UPS to a CyberPower unit. This is
running in a home lab, and I'm trying to implement some apparently unusual
logic around load-shedding. I'm strongly considering writing my own custom
script to replace upsmon in order to achieve the desired result.
I see a lot of

It's ODRPACK at http://www.netlib.org/, not ORDPACK.

Apparent BIND problem doing RBL lookups for Postfix
My apologies if I'm posting the wrong place, or am asking a common

nonlinear fitting when both x and y having measurement error?
Dear r-help,
I want to conduct nonlinear fitting to a data frame having x and y
variables. Because both x and y have measurement error, I want to
include error term of x variable in the model. I'm not sure but I
think ordinary nls model only consider error term of y variable.
How can I do this kind of nonlinear fitting in R. Is there any
examples in nls package?
Thanks in advance,

Synology NAS is shutting down Ubuntu servers after very brief power outage (fwd)
Hi everyone,
Well, we lost power here again. I was not at home, but I guess a dump truck smashed into some power poles and took out half the city; actually tripped most of the breakers in the panel. Anyways, the power was out for just a few seconds and of course my servers shutdown on me after power being out for just a second or two. Here is my syslog from two different machines. I included

Single NIC & Backup : Newbie
Hi,
I am taking my first steps towards virtualization.
I have 3 Gateway Servers; all on CentOS 5.3 (non-graphical mode) + Squid.
We have 3 separate teams each of 5-7 users who use 1 ISP each via
their own Gateway server.
I am keen to use virtualization and consolidate all 3 servers on a
single server.
I plan to install ZEN on a Pentium Core2Duo with 2GB RAM & 1 nic.
Then create 3 virtual

[LLVMdev] LLC ARM Backend maintainer
My first ARM testing results or lack of them indicate
that 3.0 release requires some some beefy machines to build.
It is not so much raw cpu speed but memory and lots of it.
My builds got to linking llc and at that point linker started
eating megabytes of memory like chocolate.
So sadly chumbys, beagleboards, iThingis(?), Raspberry Pis, Gumstix
and even inexpensive Tegra2 boards seem to be out of

fs quota - what I am doing wrong?
Hi everyone,
on my server, i have quota set on /home partition (ext3). mount says:

/dev/sda8 on /home type ext3 (rw,noatime,usrquota)
/dev/sda7 on /tmp type ext3 (rw,noatime,usrquota,data=writeback)
System is debian/stable (distribution 2.6.8-3-686-smp kernel), quotas
are working:
