Problem when using asterisk + gnugk
Hi, I'm using asterisk with chan_h323 together with gnugk. chan_h323 and gnugk were recently compiled with pwlib-1.5.2 and openh323-1.12.2 as advised. When connecting asterisk directly by ohphone (without gatekeeper), everthing is fine. When using gnugk for usage control in routed mode, I find a funny situation in asterisk's H.323 debug: == New H.323 Connection created. --

One-way audio in incoming calls with Asterisk + OpenGK + Innovaphone IP3000
Hello everybody, I?ve been pulling my hair for a week now over a problem, and I really don?t know where to look anymore. Here?s my setup: There is an Innovaphone IP3000 VoIP gateway on the LAN (10.253.30.254). I can use it to send and receive calls from physical phones attached to it. I have setup Asterisk 1.0.3, with H323 and openH323, and on the same server I also setup GnuGK (10.253.30.1). I

GnuGK Nufone H323 -HEAD - Prefix issue
Greetings- As most of you who monitor this list know, I've been messing about with Asterisk -HEAD, Cisco Callmanager, and the nufone H323 channel driver here for some time- with pretty decent success. I'm hoping to cash in a chip here- I've run into something that is probably a very simple answer, yet not found a decent reference to resolve it. Scenario- -HEAD as of last week

RH9 and h323.conf
Hello everybody, First time installer and I need the lists advice. My plan is to use asterisk PBX with some hardware to terminate my calls coming from several operational gnugk gatekeepers. Do have RH9 and downloaded the latest asterisk from CVS. Compiled according instructions and is running fine. Could hardly find any info on h323 implementation untill the REAME in the channels directory.

GnuGK -> Asterisk problem
Hi, i'm trying to setup Asterisk to work with GnuGK using the Openh323 channel driver. I have a Gatekeeper that gets H.323 calls from a Cisco GW. To this Gatekeeper I've registered some endpoints, Cisco ATA186, Snom 100, etc. Now i want send the numbers 083xxx into Asterisk. Easy, i'll just enter something like this into oh323.conf: gwprefix=083 And all my calls starting with 083

Asterisk and Cisco CallManager Integration
Hello, I have Cisco CallManager 3.3.4 and Asterisk@Home latest version. I have earlier tried getting Asterisk to register with CCM via H323 and failed. Back then, I learned that this is a known bug in Asterisk. Also people who tried doing that had also succeeded in getting calls to go through only one direction like from CCM to Asterisk. I am not that expert so excuse my ignorance with this

H323 channel
Hello everybody, my * box is connected to gnugk with H323 channel. If I call from an H323 EP to SIP EP (GS HandyTone or Xlite), when callee is picking up, audio start but noisy (scratch) , then became ok for callee (SIP EP) but still scratching on H323 EP. Now I stop/start asterisk, call from SIP to H323 EP and it's ok. And from now, it's also ok when H323 EP call SIP one's! No

how to interconnect gnugk and asterisk?
Hello folks. We are trying to interconnect an asterisk installation with a gnugk 2.0.5 installation to become able to use some H323 hardware that needs a gatekeeper (particulary an Ericsson WebSwitch 100). We have managed asterisk to dial H323 endpoints successfully (although calls are interrupted immediately after connection with "spawn extension exited non-zero"), but we could not

Need help with H.323
hi all I'm trying to setup a dlink dph-100h phone (actually a dph-100m but with the h.323 software) with asterisk and chan_h323. AFACS, the dph-100h software can only be configured to point to a gatekeeper. I know I don't need to do this, but it's a test before I setup my Symbol Netvision phones (I don't have an access point for them now). First, this is what I have, and what

Re: Asterisk and gnugk (bam)
Hi, I also had some problems using chan_oh323 together with gnugk. * <-> gnugk <-> h323-phone When I called the phone and hang up, befor the phone was picked up, the h323-phone continued ringing. The same, when the h323- and some sip-phones were called, and the sip-phone picked up the call first. (It is annoying, when you are talking to someone at the phone and the phone on the

GnuGk and Asterisk IVR
Hi, I am working on a H.323 project which involves GnuGk and Asterisk My current goal is to provide IVR functionality for the H.323 users which register through GnuGk(eg. call credit information) I have successfully built a H.323 platform using GnuGk - it uses SQL accounting and authorisation. Now I am trying to integrate it with Asterisk in order to provide IVR functionality as I already

gnuGK + h323 Caller ID
Hi, I use with asterisk gnugk a gatekeeper for h323 client. I don't understand why asterisk can't have the H323-ID (callerID). In the gatekeeper's monitor I have this H323-ID but not in asterisk. Does anyone know something about it, or how can I send a caller ID to asterisk ? Rattana -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

chan_h323 on AMD64
Has anyone here done this? I got it compiled just fine but when I make a call I do not get any audio going either way. The * box is not behind any sort of firewall or nat. My H323 client (gnomemeeting) is behind NAT but I have it set up properly to work through NAT and it will talk correctly with my other regular x86 box running H323. One odd thing I note is that when looking at the UDP traffic
