Hello I have asterisk running in Red Hat 9 with a cheap HFC card on i4l. I have choppy sound problems sometimes, and echo problems often. I am using a 2 port Grandstream ATA, Grandstream BT and a Grandstream GPX-2000 I read that changing to BriStuff will fix the echo problems, but have also read other users say that the only way they solved the echo/choppy sound problems was using a Fritz ISDN

Chan_capi 0.3.1 , Asterisk , 3 x C4 active ISDN card Segmentation fault
Hi, i use chan_capi 0.3.1 with asterisk (stable branch cvs) and 3 x c4 active ISDN card. From Controller 1 - 7 there are no problems making calls between asterisk and the pstn. But when i make calls from controller 8 - 12 i get on every controller (8 - 12) a segmentation fault in asterisk :( I tried different linux distributions (gentoo 2004.1, redhat 9.0 , suse 9.1) but same error.

Howto configure asterisk with AVM ISDN card
Hi guys, I'trying to setup Asterisk with an AVM Fritz PCI ISDN card with no success. I have an IP phone from Micronet and I want to receive and place calls over ISDN. But I'm not sure if I need the binary CAPI from AVM or isdn4linux. I've tryed with redhat 9 and with Suse 8.2. Cold someone help me? Thank you very much.

Eicon Diva 2.01 PCI Passive BRI ISDN card

I got a Diva passive ISDN card and I can't get it work with asterisk 1.4, It is supported in the kernel as an isdn4linux device but I can't find "Modem" channel type when i type in: core show channeltypes. Asterisk voicemail problem with isdn avm fritz!card
Hello everyone, I have Asterisk SVN-trunk-r7498 installed on a server (celeron 2.4 Ghz, 256MB) with a TDM40b a TDM04b and an avm fritz!card pci. Fritz ISDN PCI v2 and CAPI

AVM ISDN Fritz!Card USB works
Is case anyone wants to know... The Fritz! USB ISDN box works fine with Asterisk! I'm running CAPI 0.3.0 and love it, because the mini ITX server I have only takes one PCI slot which is now filled with a 4 port Digium card.
