digium dev kit - X100P & TDM400P
Hello. Well I finally rx'd my dev kit (new batch of TDM's apparently. I'm on Mandrake 9.1 There were no hardware install instructions, it would have been nice to know whether the 4-way power connector was to be used or was for some other future or expansion purpose. It came with a floppy disc, no label and it wasn't even write protected. The only readme file was

Problems with the pam_opieaccess PAM module
Hi, I've configured opie (one time passwords) under FreeBSD and I came across the following problem. It looks like libpam does not stop the authentication process when a 'requisite' module fails. I find this strange as the pam 'requisite' is defined in the man pages as: requisite - failure of such a PAM results in the immediate termination of the authentication process; Here

CND (CID) woe on a TDM400P
G'day list, It appears I got ahead of myself in believing I'd solved my CND (caller id) problem. My callerid.c change got it working on one of the handsets I have, but not the other. (Recap: The AU CND standard has an increased delay between the end of the ring signal and the start of the CND FSK data -- it's 500ms in US GR-30-CORE, and around 700ms in AU DC.002/TS030). I've

Uncoupled mode?
Hello, A question: Can we use uncoupled encoding in the 1.0? (current CVS) How? Because I see some uncoupled definitions (books\uncoupled\res_books_uncoupled.h), but I don't know how could I switch to it manually. Perhaps with an option in the vorbis_encode_ctl() function... Because I think so it's better if I don't use any kind of channel coupling (lossless neither) on high bitrates

Dropping Calls, irregular interval no logs
Has anyone seen an issue with SIP phone (polycom 500) dropping calls at irregular intervals with no errors in the asterisk log files? I am having this issue as described and it is a complete pain in my rear to trouble shoot because when I call my cell phone I can get a call to last over 30 minutes yet when I call another office that uses a standard pbx I can't get past 10 minutes. For some

Polycom 500 - Dialtone while connected
I just set up a Polycom 500 on *. Every few calls I make, the call connects and the receiving party can hear me (thru Broadvoice), but I still get ringing on my end, as if they never picked up. * logs look just fine. Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks. ________________________________ Adam S. Robins Executive Vice President & CIO PHARMACENTRA, LLP 5901B Peachtree Dunwoody

[LLVMdev] Compiling with Intel c++ 8.0
Hi, I am attempting to compile the llvm distribution with the Intel Compiler 8.0 on linux and I have some minor patches I would like to apply. In our project we compile and run the code both on win32, together with Morten Ofstad using the MS compiler, and on linux using the intel compiler. I have wrapped the extra code to make llvm compile for icc in #ifdef __INTEL_COMPILER #endif The patches

[LLVMdev] LLVM Objective-C backend
Its been talked about from time to time. There really isn't anything stopping us from supporting it other than someone putting the time in to modify llvm-gcc to support C and possibly implementing the required runtime libraries for ObjC. Patches welcome! :) Reid. On Wed, 2004-12-08 at 23:01, Sébastien Pierre wrote: > Hello there, > > LLVM has C and C++ backends, so I was wondering

Spandsp loading via asterisk app_rxfax.c broken pipe.
I have compiled Spandsp without any problems. I got no errors I have also done the patch without getting any error. I have tried pre4 and pre6 version with same problem. I got no errors with the ./configure make make install. After I add the directory for /var/local/lib into the /etc/ld.so.conf I have ran ldconfig. I am running asterisk as user asterisk on a RH 9 Linux distro. This system has

Wine on OpenBSD
I am running OpenBSD 3.5. Is it possible for me to make and make install the wine source on my system? I admit to being a newbie, as I've only been using OpenBSD a few months. I have got a lot of programs to work, but some of them always give me Makefile errors. Is there anything special I need to do to get Wine to work? Any kernel recompiles (hope not)? ---------------------------------

problems with eudora
Hi everyone, i just installed dovecot in Fedora Core release 1 (Yarrow). When accessing from a eudora 6.1 client, first it gave ssl authentication problems. I fixed disabling them in eudora, but now it authenticates ok and then it says that there is no inbox for that user. Any idea? Zaprtc seems unsupported, Asterisk in productionenvironment without Digium cards
I'm having a similar issue to this in that the USB ports on the system are ohci based, not uhci, therefore ztdummy will not work. My system is also running the SMP kernel so zaprtc will not work. To me it looks like the only good solution is a hardware timer, even if it's as simple as an x100p card. Kelly PS. If you read Jon's message again, the answer given is not acceptable for

1.0-test57
http://dovecot.org/test/ Two important fixes: - Fixes the recently reported dovecot-auth crashes with unexpected client input - Fixes mbox corruption in some not-so-common cases. Hopefully this is the last one. I added more asserts anyway which try to catch similiar mistakes and avoid losing data. Others: - Added oe-ns-eoh workaround for pop3. Fixes outlook/netscape problems with buggy
