similar to: ZAPHFC, Asterisk does not load with signalling = bri_net_ptmp

Please forgive me, if I misunderstand the problem completely. Following instructions in several german blogs, I want to configure Asterisk with a hfc-pci card, an old NTBA and an ISDN phone as a SIP device.
