Three way calling problems: 2 ea. X100P 1 ea TDM10p
I'm having a problem getting 3 way calling to work correctly using two
outside lines and one extension. The two outside lines are connected
to the X100P's and a standard model 2500 phone is connected to the
TDM10.
When I dial the first outside destination 9xxxxxxx, the call completes
correctly. When I flash the hook switch and dial the second location
9yyyyyyy. The call doesn't

SPA 2000 and 404 not found
I have a Sipura SPA2000 2 line SIP FXS box with line 1 on port 5060 and line 2
on 5061. The SPA2000 is on IP address 192.168.17.6, and the asterisk box is
on 102.168.17.2. Both SPA2000 ports(5060 and 5061) share the same IP address.
Every minute I repeatedly get the following output:

Configuring A@H with Analog Phones
Working A@H 1.3 two 4 port TDM100 WildCards, 3 port FXS, 4 port FXO.
I've been able to work the FXO ports out and been able to make and
receive calls using softtel PC phones. I'm having difficulty with
configuring 4 line non-PBX analogs to function on the FXS side tho..
I've tried using ZAP protocols as some techs have suggested, but all I
get are slow busy signals.

Mistake in the wiki's description of cmd Pickup() ?
Hi,
according to the description of Pickup() on page
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+Pickup
I can use this command to pickup a call at a certain extensions.
When I try this with e.g.
exten => *8200,1,Pickup(200)
Asterisk tells me that the highest value for the Pickup command is 63.
Wenn I enter the number of a callgroup instead of an extension, I can
pickup the call.

[OT]: Stupid mistake
Hi,
I've just managed to completely nuke most of my Mailing Lists folders in
Outlook - will someone using Outlook Express (or similar) please export all
the Vorbis-Dev messages from the 6th of June 2001 onwards(starting with
"[vorbis-dev] problem with vorbis autoconf stuff" by Bill Nottingham) and
e-mail me them (send them in a ZIP file if they're over a few hundred
Kbytes)?

Stupid --delete mistake
Hi, I've a nasty feeling I know the answer to this post, but I'm gonna ask
and pray anyway :-)
I just made a rather stupid commandline ordering error and managed to delete
a whole load of data (mostly word files/some pics fwiw) with rsync -delete.
I know, I'm an idiot (and a big one at that). To make matters worse this
was off an ext3 partition, which from what I can find out

BIG problem with multiple rings before pickup
Hi All...
I have a maddening problem...
I have Asterisk configured to pick up a line after 4 rings. I do this to
allow my fax machine to pick up a particular distinctive ring pattern, so I
don't have to pay for a dedicated fax line.
If someone calls the line, lets it ring 3 times and then hangs up, Asterisk
answers the line, and holds it off hook forever, constantly playing the

[RFC] I've made a huge mistake
LLVM-Dev,
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I've spent the last several months in severe denial of the problem and I just can't keep denying it to myself anymore. I've made a huge mistake. We never should have removed autoconf support.
I've come to this conclusion after a great deal of thoughtful reflection on the impact of our CMake build system over the last year.

Asterisk/app_rpt and bandwidth
Hello to the list,
I have a question about Asterisk/app_rpt:
When a signal is *not* being received and or transmitted by the radio system
attached to Asterisk/app_rpt via its interface, is the incoming and or
outgoing data suppressed (silence suppression)?
In other words! At idle but still connected to some other device, what data
will be transferred?
I currently don't have access to a

IAX2 Sporadic TX/RX retries
Hi,
I'm trying to track down why I'm getting calls dropped on an infrequent basis
between two asterisk servers which are at the same physical location and
connected to each other with UTP ethernet. Here is the connection diagram
Asterisk Server 1 ===UTPENET== Switch ====UTPENET==== Asterisk Server 2
I see sporadic RX and TX frame retries when I enable iax2 debugging on either
box.

Problem with routing decisions, and multihop
Hi!
I have many problems getting this thing to work. There''s a host with
two network interfaces, where there are two routers to Internet in two
separated networks. The host uses multihop routing for deciding to
which router send the packets... but the routing decision is wrong
made. Some packets with source address of one NIC, go to other
network.
I have a host with three NICs in it:

Hello all,
I am trying to configure a subdomain DNS server on a Cent OS 5.1 - for
my lab. Brief configuration:
Lab machine ---> 192.168.17.2 (should respond to DNS queries from
hosts in 192.168.16.0/20 network)

A mistake in garchFit()? {fGarch}
Hello,
I was using garchFit {fGarch} to fit some GARCH processes.
I noticed that the result contains "Log Likelihood" value (right above
"Description"), but when I use .. at fit$llh to retrieve Log Likelihood value,
the sign switched.
I am confused about which value I should choose to report...
Any help here?
Thanks a lot!

Mistake: XP boot to ram
Hi all,
I make a mistake. The partition with syslinux and the minlogon component was
put complete to ram by initrd. But the partition, that then boots is not the
image in ram but the first partition on the new harddisk. I cant see this
first, because there are no possibilitys with the minlogon component. But I
wondered, why there was letter C: for the partition that has been booted and

dear r-help.
i want top report a mistake in the documentation help(splineDesign).
