Perhaps someone else has had this issue. I currently have BroadVoice as my SIP provider with two phone numbers. The first number is my primary local number; the second is an 877 toll-free number. The issue is with the IVR abilities. When calling the primary number you can press 200 at the main menu and receive my extension. When calling the 877 number, 200 will result in ?that option is invalid?

I just signed up with livevoip for 800 DID and have very choppy audio. From PSTN to my asterisk is ok but asterisk to PSTN is terrible. I am using IAX and was assigned to server iax01.nyc.*. Guys. Can you dial 800 and 888 toll free numbers using FWD? how do you dial them cause I tried using 1800xxxxx and 1888xxxxx and I simply get a "nobody can asnwer the call" signal on asterisk. Can you dial 800 toll free from FWD?
