How can I read the "text" or "character string" from a txt file?
Hello, I have a large number of time series, which needs to be transformed by log or difference. Some of them are just processed by "level" (LV) without any transformation. For that purpose, I produce a text file (.csv or .xls) as follows: DLN DLNDLN LV LV LV....... How can I read the preceding strings so that I can easily access them, i.e., S[1]=DLN, S[2]=DLN, S[3]=DLN,

converting from courier questions
I currently run postfix and courier on my mail servers with squirrelmail. The problem with courier is it seems to run so slow. The webmail takes forever to load if you have many mails. I have this set up in virtual domains with all longin and path info in an mysql database. I just joined the list and DID google before asking, hope this isn't a common question. With courier it looks for a

Samba4 and user auth
Hi all I am trying to set up an email Server with a Samba4 AD as user Directory. Does anybody know a good how-to to setup user auth against AD ? Or could anyone tell me how to do it? I am having an email Server up and running with openldap but want to change to Samba4 AD, because of the openchange Integration. I would appreciate any help on this topic. -- Mit freundlichem Gru? can't hear anything at incoming calls
Hi out there, I think i've everything set up properly, outbound calls are working fine, but at incoming calls I can't hear anything, but the other one is able to hear me perfectly. I'm using an asterisk 1.6.1.10 in my internal network in a NAT, connected to my sip-provider using a trunk. Firewall settings on the router are: forward UDP port 5060,5004,10000-20000 to asterisk server

Flags in public folders disappear when more than 25 flags are used
Hello, I have been using flags in public folders for quite a while with no problems. Once the flags were added to all clients (Thunderbird), they were visible and synchronized properly. Now I have added some new flags, and in the dovecot-keywords files I see that I am now using more than 25 flags (in which case they are not stored using an additional letter in the filename). Now I see that

Dovecot v2.0.12 OpenBSD - getpwuid() error
Hi! I've upgraded from 2.0.11 to 2.0.12. I've experienced errors during delivery with dovecot-lda. The error log attached contains the errors. Since then I had to downgrade to 2.0.11, to make it work again. When starting 2.0.12, it couldn't chown() the files under /var/dovecot (eg.: dict) to the user specified in the configuration file. Configuration: # doveconf -n # 2.0.11:
