Help with time varying covariate-unfold function
Hello All, I am trying to use the unfold function in RcmdrPlugin.survival library, which converts the survival data with time varying covariates to the counting process notation. The problem is somehow, the event indicator created is not correct. Below is the data, I am trying to convert: CASE TRT FAILTIME FAILCENS SEX AGE IGG0 IGG28 IGG42 IGG84 IGG364 26003 A 11.2033

glmer documentation
Hello, I am fitting a gmler using poisson, and I was looking for a documentation to interpret correctly the output. I'm quite a beginner with these kind of models. I couldn't find something in the lme4 package manual. and on the internet neither... Thank you, Raphaelle -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/glmer-documentation-tp21506036p21506036.html Sent from the R

[LLVMdev] Always unfold memory operand
Hi, I am attempting to modify LLVM to generate code for an architecture which is nearly identical to X86-64, but with a few minor differences. In particular, "call" must always have a register operand, and cannot have a memory operand. Any ideas on how I can express this rule? Thanks, - David -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

unfold list (variable number of columns) into a data frame
Hello, I used R a lot one year ago and now I am a bit rusty :) I have my raw data which correspond to the list of runtimes per minute (minute "1" "2" "3" in two database modes "sharding" and "query" and two workload types "query" and "refresh") and as a list of char arrays that looks like this: > str(data) List of 122 $ :

RcmdrPlugin doesn't work under R280
Dear all, Some time ago, I have build a RcmdrPlugin.* under R.2.7.1 and the loading of my plug-in into R was running OK (back then I was using Rcmdr version 1.3-5). After updating the R and Rcmdr to versions 2.8.0, 1.4-5 respectively, I have problems loading the plug-in. Does anybody know why? I have tried to detect the problem by tracing back errors that might have occurred, but couldn't

RcmdrPlugin.Export_0.2-0 released
Dear R users, I am pleased to announce the release of the Export plug-in for Rcmdr. At the moment, it is simply a graphical user interface to xtable(). Several developments are, however, planned. It is worth to note that the Manual offers several pointers on using Sweave together with LyX, and from this perspective the plugin is an attempt to simplify creating (LaTeX) reports by using graphical

cannot use package RcmdrPlugin.plotByGroup
Greetings, I am a new use of R, starting from R-commander. I find that the default quantile-comparison (Q-Q plot) of R-commander has no group option, and I happened to notice RcmdrPlugin.plotByGroup in the packages list. As the name is so explicit, I installed it, loaded it, R-commander restarted, but the 3 menu item under Graphs->plot by group are all greyed out. What could be wrong? --

strange behavior for RcmdrPlugin.qual
Hello! Over the weekend, I updated my RcmdrPlugin.qual package. It works fine on a 64 bit Windows machine but not a 32 bit. This is very strange. The new menu with all of the Quality Control stuff does not appear. Have any of you run into this sort of thing before, please? Thanks, Sincerely, Erin Erin M. release of RcmdrPlugin.Export 0.2-1
Dear R users, A new version of RcmdrPlugin.Export is currently available on CRAN. The release introduces support for the "file" and "append" options of print.xtable(). The new features make easier to include exported HTML code into documents created with regular word-processing programmes, such as .odt (OpenOffice.org) and .doc (Microsoft Word). The exported LaTeX code can
