Urgent Samba / Squid NTLM Auth Problems

file if we set the authenticators debugging to level 9:

If we type in a username that doesn't exist, it complains that the username

Daily changetrustpw breaks authentication

However, I've seen multiple instances with 2 seperate AD environments
where this breaks our ability to enumerate/authenticate with the domain.
In both instances, we see something similar to the following in the
winbind logs:

NTLM Problems

Once that has succeeded I then run winbindd and nmbd. Once that is done, if
I do a wbinfo -u or -g I can see the users and groups of the users I am
authenticating. All seems fine, but when a user tries to auth, the following
error occurs:

/var/lib/samba/winbindd_privileged permission issue.
...Process /usr/local/sbin/winbindd is the one activated, smbd and nmbd are
not because I just need to authenticate ntlm requests coming from squid
software.
This is all running fine except I regularly and randomly get next
